Renderings Released for Expansion to Hilton Hotel and 200 Apartments

Downtown Milwaukee could get a huge new hotel and apartment building.   

Renderings were released on Monday

This would go in what is now a parking lot next to the Wisconsin Center and the shops of Grand Avenue. The proposal includes a 276-room expansion of the Hilton Hotel, 200-apartments, and a hub for the downtown streetcar and new retail and food options.

The Milwaukee City Council has yet to approve a plan for this space
