RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Friends and family are rallying in support of a community leader who was arrested by immigration officials.
"There's only so much time to act. I miss him and so do all of his other children," said daughter Lizbeth Fierro.
ICE agents arrested Ricardo Fierro last week. He's known as the former local director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Racine.
Fierro's immigration lawyer says Fierro is not a U.S. citizen.
He came to the U.S. in the mid-90's and was deported as a teenager. He returned to the U.S. and has lived in Racine for more than 20 years.
Fierro's lawyer says he was arrested because of his previous deportation.
