RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine officials are investigating a fatal shooting near 10th Street and College Avenue. 

It happened early Saturday, Nov. 1. 

According to the Racine Police Department, a 26-year-old man was shot and died from his injuries. 

An investigation is ongoing.
