Racine foster mother charged with child abuse

A Racine foster mother has been charged with child abuse after admitting to injuries to a child because of frustration.
Kathleen Lyman has been charged with three counts of physical abuse of a child for bruises and bite marks.
Lyman was frustrated with how the child was acting, but according to the complaint the child was acting like normal toddler.
On July 11 she left the child in the bathroom from 5:00 PM until about 6:30 PM. She told police she was worried the child would poop her pants.
Afterwards, she dressed the child in pajamas, but the toddler started to run around the house. So she took the toddler to a park to run off some of the energy.
She allegedly admitted to police to pulling the toddlers ear to hard leaving a bruise. She held the child's face to hard trying to do her hair which caused more bruises.
Lyman admitted that before they left for the park she was frustrated with the child. Toddler was screaming and crying and she did not know what was wrong with her.
After she got the toilet, the toddler pooped in a new diaper. She was frustrated and she bit the toddler. She said she didn't know why she did but she was frustrated, according to the complaint.
