Put "Parade of Homes" on Your To-Do List This Weekend

If you're planning a staycation this holiday weekend...why not check out the nation's longest running Parade of Homes right here in our own backyard. 76th year and running.Two subdivisions will be featured...one in Hartland, the other in Menomonee Falls. 20 homes in all.

We made a stop to one of the houses they're showing in the Falls. It's a ranch-style home with three bedrooms and two baths.  Listing price is $519,900.

Organizers tells us 20 percent of the people who show up are serious homebuyers.  And many of the rest want to see the latest in home renovation and new technologies.
