Delafield (CBS 58)--Any good fitness expert will tell you to "keep moving." This is the premise behind pop workouts as well. Think of them as traveling gyms. Pure Barre in Delafield periodically visits various places across Lake Country, and this weekend is no exception. On Saturday, Carroll University students, faculty, and alum are invited to a 50-minute workout session for free. It's a total body experience, working many muscles from head to toe, including your core.
Pop-Up workouts put on by Pure Barre typically happen once or twice a month. To find out where this fitness center is headed next, just click here.
