Police Looking for Owners of Stolen Jewelry

The Port Washington Police Department recently recovered a large amount of private property that they believe was stolen. According to police, the victims of the thefts likely reside on the north side of Port Washington and the thefts could have taken place as long as five years ago.

Several of the items police recovered were never reported as stolen.

There are several pieces of expensive jewelry such as rings and bracelets whose rightful owners are unknown.

If you, or someone you know, lost or felt they misplaced jewelry or other property sometime in the last five years or so, and this loss has gone un-reported to the Port Washington Police Department, you are asked to contact them. Police say pictures of the jewelry are best.
