A lot of sweat and just a few tears this morning at The Delafield Jazzercise Center. I got to see and feel what this type of workout entails. Jazzercise is a combination of dance and strength training with popular music for a fun, full-body workout. This exercise has been around almost 50 years. A lot of people remember its craze in the 1980s with sweat bands and leg warmers. But those who teach it now say it's been modernized, featuring different routines like interval training and lower impact.
The Delafield Jazzercise Center offers a variety of classes with different skill levels throughout the day. Click here for times and prices.
