Sen. Ron Johnson discusses border policy during Milwaukee visit
Whether it's by land or water, Milwaukeeans know how to have a good time. And now there's a new way to enjoy the sights and sounds on the Milwaukee River. It's by way of the Paddle Tavern. There are actually two of them, Cream City Cruisers One and Two. The concept is similar to the pedal tavern you see during the weekend in Walker's Point. The specially designed pontoon boat seats 14 passengers, and the tour generally last a hundred minutes. I was lucky enough to experience the ride this morning.
A special grand opening will take place this evening between 5 and 8 at the Harp off Juneau Avenue. There will be free beer and even complimentary 20-minute rides. If you want to book a trip on the Milwaukee Paddle Tavern, make sure to click here.
