CHICAGO (CBS 58) -- Wednesday a Packers fan will ask a federal judge to allow him to wear green and gold during pregame warmups of the Packers, Bears game in Chicago.
Russell Beckman wants a temporary restraining order against the Bears. He is a Packers and Bears season ticket holder.
Beckman sued the Bears for turning him away when he wore Packers gear during warmups at a previous game. He says it was an expression of free speech.
Soldier Field is run by the Chicago Park District.
The Packers must win against the Bears if they have any hope of making the playoffs.
