One dead, one injured after motorcycle crashes into SUV in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police responded to a motorcycle crash around 1:35 p.m. on Saturday near 11th and Scott.
A 30-year-old man was driving his motorcycle north on 11th Street and hit an SUV that was moving through the 4-way intersection after stopping. The SUV was driven by a 35-year-old woman.
The motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital where he died.
A passenger on the motorcycle, a 22-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the SUV was not injured and is cooperating with police.
Authorities believe the motorcycle was speeding at the time of the crash.
