MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Racine County man was removing bricks when he fell seven stories down an elevator shaft on Milwaukee's west side Monday.
Anthony Azarian, 32, was working a forklift at the CH Coakley Company building near 28th and Wisconsin Monday afternoon. The Medical Examiner's report says the started rocking back and forth near the elevator shaft and went over the edge.
Azarian was trapped in the cage within the forklift and needed to be extricated. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is dead after falling seven floors down an elevator shaft.
It happened near 35th and Wisconsin around 1:45 p.m. Monday. Police and fire crews were originally called for reports of an employee injury. Fire officials say the employee was driving a forklift at the time of the fall.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed the man died.
