New Dating App Requires Phone Call First

A new dating app debuts just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The app is called Hotline.

The key difference between this app and others is that if you want to connect with someone, you have to talk to that person on the phone at least once.

The man who created Hotline says he got the idea after he met a woman on tinder who wouldn't message him again unless he called her. He says she wanted to see how much he wanted to get to know her.
