MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new study from the National Sleep Foundation shows most people aren't getting the sleep they need to live their healthiest lives.
The data was just released as part of the Annual Sleep in America poll.
John Lopos, the CEO of the National Sleep Foundation says the secret to quality sleep may be hidden in your daily routines.
Lopos joined CBS 58 on Tuesday, March 15 to talk about more about good sleep habits.
