MPD Officers Arrest Man after Short Chase

At 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 23 Milwaukee Police Officers observed a vehicle that was taken in an armed robbery 20 minutes earlier at 24th and Capitol. A short pursuit was initiated ending at 26th and Ruby when the suspect lost control of the vehicle and ended up on a grassy area next to a house.

The 20-year-old man fled on foot but was apprehended a short time later by officers.

No officers or the subject were injured and the house was not hit during the incident.
