The Wisconsin Department of Justice has activated a Silver Alert for 78-year-old Helen Torrence. Milwaukee police say Torrence was last seen on November 24th around 1:00 p.m at her home on the 4000 block of N. 46th St. The State DOJ says Helen Torrence is considered critical due to her diminished mental capacity.

Torrence is described as a black, 5'3\", 171 lbs, with black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, blue jacket, black shoes, large black purse with one strap. Helen Torrence may be driving a Silver 2011 Toyota Camry with the license plate number 322-VTK.
