Milwaukee Starts Salt Treatment

According to Milwaukee Department of Public Works, at 4:00 PM on Saturday 108 salt trucks started treating roads in the City of Milwaukee.
The trucks are starting with main streets and will then move to side streets.
In addition to salt trucks, DPW has outfitted 105 garbage trucks with plows in case they are needed. Contracted equipment may be called in if it becomes necessary.

DPW received a lot of negative feedback for their job during the last snow storm.
One to three inches of snow is expected in Milwaukee.
