Meteorological Winter Starts Tomorrow....

Meteorological fall ends today!  The 2015 fall will go down as the 3rd warmest on record. Even though meteorological winter begins tomorrow, we still have a chance to keep the warmth going into the weekend.

Take a look at the picture above!  These are the upper level winds for Saturday.  That's a screaming southwest flow; moreover, it looks more like a spring setup.  The cold air is bottled up in Canada, and should remain there into early next week.

That southwest flow should push highs near 50 for both Saturday and Sunday.  We average around a 38 for a high temperature during the first week of December.  We could be 15 degrees above average for the weekend.  It might be a good weekend to get those Christmas lights up and ready!
