Marathon County's Top Administrator Suspended for Attending a Peace March

WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) — Marathon County's top administrator has been suspended without pay for attending a community peace march in support of a Hmong teenager convicted of fatally stabbing another youth.
Sixteen-year-old Dylan Yang was convicted of first-degree reckless homicide in adult court for stabbing 13-year-old Isaiah Powell following a confrontation between two groups of boys in February 2015.
