Greendale Police say Andrew Skeets was wanted for numerous retail thefts.
He was arrested Friday night outside the Kohl’s at Southridge Mall. Officers searched Skeets’ car and say they came across a white substance. Two officers were exposed and were given Narcan after showing symptoms. Later that night a hazmat team responded to the police department to remove any remaining contamination.
The car came back as stolen from Milwaukee. Skeets told police he borrowed it from a friend.
