Man arrested for sexual assault of a child at local hotel

A 19-year-old man from Iowa is in the Washington County Jail, charged with sexually assaulting of a child.
Police say they received a 911 hang-up call from the Hampton Inn early August 1st and went to investigate. Officers encountered the Iowan and learned he had sex with a 14-year-old girl, that he met online.
The 19-year-old had no prior criminal history.
