Man Arrested after Using Fishing Line to Retrieve Bills put into Gambling Machine

40-year-old Keith A. Massey was taken into custody by the Muskego Police Department at the Mobil station for inserting $20.00 bills in a gambling machine and removing the money he inserted from the machine with plastic and fishing line he attached to each bill. The incident occurred Saturday, December 3 at 11:28 AM.
Massey admitted to committing this type of fraud throughout the state at gas stations and casinos.
