RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wednesday morning the preliminary hearing was held for a man who police say made threats to fellow passengers on a Greyhound bus on January 12.
Margarito Vargas-Rosas appeared in Racine County Court accused of threatening people on the bus with a gun and saying he would kill them. This was his first court appearance in Wisconsin since being extradited last Friday.
Vargas-Rosas next appearance in court has been set for February 14.
