MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Mike Anderson, a longtime journalist in the Milwaukee television market, has passed away -- according to a report from WISN.
Anderson worked at WISN-TV for more than 36 years before his retirement in 2017.
He died Tuesday morning, April 21, surrounded by family, the report says. He was 67 years old.
Anderson earned countless awards for his accomplishments in news and contributions to the Milwaukee community. He a talented journalist, musician, and respected by newsmakers, colleagues and competitors.
"It is with heavy hearts that we report longtime WISN 12 News journalist Mike Anderson has passed away," WISN wrote in a Facebook post.
