Less Humid and Cooler for the Weekend

The rain and storms will wrap up this morning along a cold front. There were reported power outages and some minor flooding. Severe weather chances were minimal because of the cloud cover and cooler than anticipated temperatures yesterday.

Big changes arrive for the weekend. Temperatures drop from the mid and upper 80s from yesterday, down to the low and mid-70s. A noticeable difference in humidity will be felt as well behind the cold front. The west winds stick around for much of this weekend, and they will be breezy at times.

The only rain threat we have this weekend will be Saturday night and a slight chance Sunday afternoon. Expect a gradual warming trend as next week approaches, especially by midweek!
