UPDATE: Westbound lanes reopen after traffic incident on US 18 at WIS 181.
ORIGINAL: Law enforcement reports all westbound lanes on US 18 at WIS 181 are closed for a traffic incident.
Wauwatosa Police Department is on scene of traffic incident.
Wisconsin's Department of Transportation is estimating two hours for the closure.
