Kettle Moraine High School Student Arrested for Making Threat

Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department identified a student who made a threat at Kettle Moraine High School.

The student is currently in custody.

In addition to potential criminal charges, the student has been suspended and will go through established school district disciplinary procedures.

While the investigation concluded there is not a threat, as a precautionary measure we are conducting safety sweeps of the high school.

“The safety and security of our students and staff is our highest priority. All threats against schools are taken seriously and are criminal offenses. This event offers an opportunity to talk with your children about their well-being and the implications of making threats to harm others,” said Kettle Moraine School District in a statement.
