KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Kenosha alderman accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend is ordered to stand trial.
"G" John Ruffolo waived his right to a preliminary hearing during a court appearance Friday morning.
According to the criminal complaint, Ruffolo repeatedly called and emailed the woman, even showing up to her home and job. He had received numerous warnings from police to leave her alone.
Ruffolo will be back in court next month.
