Is This Weather for Real? Yes & More Is Coming...

It was hard to enjoy the nice weather on Sunday since we had howling winds.  In fact, we had gusts higher than 50 mph in places, including Milwaukee.  But today, the gusts won't be a factor.  Meanwhile, temperatures will remain mild in the 40s.  We get into the 40s on Tuesday as well.

However, there is a slight risk of flurries or light snow showers late in the day Tuesday, Valentine's Day.  A back door cool front will move through by the end of the day. Behind the front, temperatures will become more seasonable.  Highs on Wednesday will only be in the 30s.  However, the cool down will be very short-lived.

By Saturday, we're expecting highs in the low 50s!  Keep in mind a normal high this time of year is around freezing, 32 degrees! The forecast looks quiet as well.

The next best shot of rain will be next Monday, Presidents Day, and Tuesday as well.  Rain is expected because temperatures will stay mild, too mild for snow. Highs will be in the 40s.

I keep mentioning how payback can be painful.  Hopefully we won't know.  Stay tuned.
