Hundreds of Registered Nursing Positions Open in Aurora Health Care System

In the U.S., more than 3.3 million people have the title of nurses.

At Aurora, more than 10,000 of the 30,000 caregivers across Eastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois are nurse, and they work in lots of different roles.

There are hundreds of openings in the Aurora system for registered nurses.

Many people think of nurses in hospitals and clinics, but nurses are also very active taking care of people at home through our Aurora at Home program where we go to people.

Many of nurses have taken new roles like serving in the eICU program where they remotely help address patient needs at hospitals all across the area.

Aurora also has nurses who work in our call center and answer patients questions when they come in.

Several of Aurora's key executives at Aurora in different parts of the market are RNs.

Chief Nursing Officer from Aurora health Care, Marybeth Kingston, will be a special live guest Monday on the CBS 58 News at 4.

She will be talking about the ways Aurora makes sure its nurses know they are appreciated.
