Heavy fog contributes to semi vs. semi crash in Dodge County

DODGE COUNTY (CBS 58) – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says heavy fog is partly to blame in a semi vs. semi crash Thursday morning.

Authorities say it happened around 9:37 a.m. on State Highway 33 near County Highway TW in the Town of Hubbard.

A preliminary investigation shows that a northbound driver failed to stop at a stop sign and hit another semi traveling east.

One driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
