MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks' win on Wednesday, July 14, brings the team closer to clinching the NBA Finals against the Phoenix Suns. Seven-year-old Nikko Neal was paying close attention to every play.
"Khris Middleton had 40. Devin Booker, he wasn't doing too well. Chris Paul, he wasn't doing too well," said Neal.
His family drove from Minnesota to cheer on the Bucks and Neal's favorite player, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
"Tell me everything about why you love Giannis and why you are his number one fan," asked CBS 58 reporter Kim Shine.
"Because he dunks a lot, that's my favorite thing to do," said Neal.
In Lauren Scanlan's home, the kids got to stay up late for the game. And she had a top player of her own.
"I said Khris Middleton was my favorite human last night," laughed Scanlan.
Rob Debbout watched from inside Fiserv Forum.
"My ears are still ringing. My throat, voice is obviously gone," said Debbout.
He, like all Bucks fans, think the team can win the Finals but first, they have to go hard in Phoenix on Saturday.
"It's going to be a tough battle for them, for sure, but this series proves that nothing's been handed to them," he added.
Fans knew the Bucks would thrive being in Milwaukee, and they hope the team uses all that hometown energy to win Game 5 in Phoenix.
