MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Amanda Becker meets Jeff Haagensen. Haagensen is a paralyzed veteran who uses a wheelchair to get around Milwaukee. He's now working with the city to document his experiences with mobility around the area's most popular summer destinations.
