A Free Health & Wellness Fair will be held at Atonement Lutheran School’s gymnasium at 4224 W Ruby Ave, on Saturday, March 15th, from 9 a.m. until noon. Atonement is located in a primarily African-American neighborhood, with many low-income residents who have poor access to health care. Several major health issues have a strong foothold in the area including high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Our goal is to educate our community to live a healthier lifestyle and prevent future disease.

Attendees are welcome to donate blood and get a mammogram (pre-registration required). Watch a power foods cooking demonstration, try Zumba fitness, and hear presentations by participating organizations. Blood pressure, vision, and dental checks will also be available.
