MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Frank Jude Jr. has been found competent to proceed in a case involving a wild outburst inside a gas station earlier this year.
A doctor’s report found Jude able to move forward with the case.
In April, police say Jude was seen on surveillance cameras trashing a Milwaukee gas station. He’s charged with felony criminal damage.
He’ll be back in court in November to enter a plea. Jude was assaulted by several off-duty MPD officers in 2004. He later settled with the city for $2 million.
