MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Governor Tony Evers said Friday the state will increase its efforts to encourage its residents to take care of their mental health.
The Resilient Wisconsin Initiative offers simple advice for people to watch their stress levels during the coronavirus pandemic.
The effort focuses on getting enough rest, eating healthy, and protecting yourself from the virus.
It also suggests reaching staying in touch with friends and family in order to alleviate the pressure people may feel while social distancing.
