Coyote Pups Found at Greenfield Pub

The state DNR has a warning this morning. Coyote pups are being born, and their parents are more aggressive.

The Brass Tap pub in Greenfield called police after a group of pups were spotted in the parking lot. At first they thought they were stray dogs.

An officer arrived and moved the coyote pups. Not long after, an adult coyote showed up to claim its young.

If you see coyotes during this time of year, do not try to scare or approach the animal as they may quickly become aggressive. Calmly leave the area, and call the police or DNR.
