CBS 58's Kyle Aevermann's Vegan Buffalo Wings

I came across a recipe for Cauliflower Buffalo Wings (they are actually vegan).  With a few modifications, it instantly became one of my favorite foods. They are so good that my friends who eat meat, sometimes text me saying they have a craving for these wings.

It's a fairly easy recipe.

Here's what you need. A head of cauliflower, 1 cup of flour, 1/4th teaspoon of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of hot sauce (I prefer Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, but sometimes mix it up).

Preheat Oven to 475.

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Combine & mix flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and water in bowl.
Dip the florets into mixture and place on baking sheet.
Place in oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
Take out of oven and dip florets in hot sauce.
Place back in oven for 5-10 minutes.
And then ENJOY!
