Buddy Benches Installed at Benjamin Elementary School to Foster Friendships

Benches are helping build new friendships in Milwaukee.

They are called Buddy Benches and today there are two new seats at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School.

Benches are part of a national trend designed to foster friendship and stop bullying among students.

Whenever a student wants to make new friends at school they can sit on the bench and other students are encouraged to introduce themselves and include that student in their activities. 

Quarles and Brady donated the benches through it's "Quarles Cares Program."
