Milwaukee family’s holiday tradition of giving lives on
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Bucks guard Donte DiVincenzo visited kids at the COA Goldin Center Friday, Jan. 3, and he brought a few friends with him.
DiVincenzo dropped by with puppies from the Wisconsin Humane Society to promote fostering animals. The second year player has three rescued dogs of his own.
"Making an impact for animals that don't have a voice...I think it's a way where I can get involved and come use my voice and my platform to make a difference in these animals' lives is something that is important to me," he said.
DiVincenzo has raised more than $7,500 this season for the Wisconsin Humane Society by giving away Bucks tickets.
