Milwaukee Health Department expands food vendor training sessions

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Festival season is right around the corner and food vendors are preparing for their busiest time of the year.
After success last year, the Milwaukee Health Department has expanded their vendor training sessions.
It's an educational event, which teaches vendors valuable skills such as safe food prep and proper setup.
Over 100 vendors across the city were in attendance.
The next training is on Friday, March 27, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
