Brown Deer Resident with Active Warrants Caught When Car Runs out of Gas

A Brown Deer resident was arrested after his car stalled because he had three warrants for is arrest from Mequon Police Department.

An officer observed a disabled vehicle with the driver standing outside of the vehicle.

Contact was made with a 34-year-old male resident who stated the car ran out of gas.

It was determined the 34 year old had three valid warrants with the Mequon Police Department. He was arrested.

The 34 year old was also in possession of a baggie of marijuana.

He was cited and turned over to the Mequon Police Department.
