MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Brewers rookie is making himself at home this week.
On Monday, outfielder Blake Perkins paid a visit to some fans at Aurora Sinai Sports Health in Milwaukee.
He spent time with sports rehab patients, talking to them about their injuries and lending some advice on rehabilitation.
One patient Perkins spoke with says meeting him gives her some needed inspiration.
"With me seeing him today, it just gave me more motivation, because now I'm gonna work extra hard so that I can get to those games and cheer on and root him on," said Carla Evans, Aurora Sinai patient.
Besides meeting with patients, Perkins took a tour of the facility and gave out signed merch for fans.
