WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – An airplane slid off the runway at Crites Field Wednesday evening during inclement weather conditions.
Authorities say the Gates Learjet LJ35 airplane was found 15 feet off the runway around 8:05 p.m.
The plane was coming in from Texas and is not based at the Waukesha County Airport. There were two pilots and four passengers on board. No one was hurt.
The airport was closed while the runway was cleared.
