As people are looking for things to do safely during this pandemic, Racine’s River Bend Nature Center is in step with getting more and more folks to explore the great outdoors. In fact its new interactive trail has just been unveiled. There are three components to the half-mile Andis Chickadee Story Trail, including a guided tree path, natural playground, and a storybook-themed area as you’re walking. It's for kids of all ages.
River Bend Nature Center is at 3600 North Green Bay Road in Racine. It’s located between the Root River and Batten International Airport. Click here to see what the center is doing beside the new trail.
