MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wednesday, Nov. 11 was a long day of testimony from Kyle Rittenhouse at the Kenosha County Courthouse.
Following Rittenhouse taking the stand, CBS 58 is talking with Julius Kim, a defense attorney at Kim & Lavoy, S.C. and former prosecutor.
There was also talk of a mistrial with prejudice. Kim tells us what that means and how likely it is the judge will grant one.
