3 injured in crash involving taxi

Three people were sent to the hospital overnight after they were involved in an accident near Hawley Road and Wisconsin Avenue. Rescue crews arrived before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday. The SUV involved was so badly damaged the victims had to be extricated. A cab with All City Veteran Taxi was also involved in the accident. No word on what caused the crash or the extent of the injuries.
