12 Displaced after House Fire in Racine

The Racine Fire Department responded to a structure fire involving a two-family, side by side home on Monday, February 6 at 10:16 AM in the 1100 block of North Memorial Drive.

Firefighters quickly put out the fire and searched for remaining occupants.

Fire and smoke damage displaced six adults, six kids and one pet. Red Cross arrived and provided assistance to all occupants.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
