MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The woman whose daughter was found inside a freezing van in a Milwaukee tow lot has reached a plea deal.
Blair Springfield was arrested last November for OWI.
Her van was towed but no one realized there was a 4-year-old child inside.
The child was found the next day.
Springfield pleaded guilty to two charges.
She will be sentenced at the end of the month.
