Woman injured after falling down hill at Big Bay Park in Whitefish Bay

WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A woman was walking with her boyfriend in a non-paved area of Big Bay Park in Whitefish Bay Sunday afternoon when she got tangled in heavy brush and slid on mud down a hill injuring her leg. 

North Shore Fire Department responded and used a rescue basket to get her down the hill to the beach and then helped her walk up the paved path to the top of the hill.

The woman was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee for evaluation of her leg injury.
